1. Orders can be cancelled only before they are confirmed or dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
2. Refunds are applicable only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or significantly different from what was ordered.
3. Perishable items such as fresh groceries, dairy products, and food items may not be eligible for return unless delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.
4. Customers must raise a refund or return request within 24 hours of delivery through the ManoMart support channels.
5. Refund requests will be reviewed after verification of the issue, including images or other supporting details if required.
6. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway.
7. ManoMart is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or third-party service issues.
8. Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by ManoMart.
9. ManoMart reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy or appear to be fraudulent.
10. In case of failed payments where the amount is debited, the refund will be processed automatically as per the payment gateway’s standard timelines.
11. Any promotional offers, discounts, or coupons used during purchase are non-refundable and non-transferable.
